Our Purpose

The Fathers of Saint Joseph Group, founded by Fr. Marius O’Reilly, supports fathers in living their vocation through the example of Saint Joseph. Now guided by St. Mary’s Dominican Church, Shandon, the group meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month for Eucharistic Adoration and reflection on fatherhood.  

Through prayer, discussion, and selected readings, members deepen their faith and strengthen their role as spiritual leaders in their families, inspired by Saint Joseph’s virtues and the ongoing support of the church. Fathers are warmly welcomed to join these sessions, which require no booking—simply come along to take part in the spiritual nourishment and fellowship offered.
